Mission Statement

Inclusive Lens Advantage Coaching and Consulting empowers individuals and organizations to communicate, collaborate, and lead with empathy. Guided by a videographer’s all-inclusive mindset, we approach every situation as a story in progress—listening closely, understanding context, and uncovering unseen perspectives that drive meaningful change.

Our mission is to build bridges through active listening, reflective storytelling, and strategic dialogue. Whether through conflict navigation, leadership development, or one-on-one coaching, we help clients create environments where every person has the opportunity to be heard, valued, and able to contribute to outcomes that serve the greater good of their communities and workplaces.

Founder's Note

Inclusive Lens Advantage was born from my experiences as both a coach and a storyteller. I’ve spent my life learning how to see people fully and how to help them see themselves—and one another—through a wider lens. Whether behind a camera, on a field, or in a conversation, I’ve learned that real growth begins when we take the time to truly listen.

This business represents my belief that everyone deserves to have their story seen, heard, and valued. My goal is to help leaders, teams, and communities communicate with authenticity, navigate conflict with empathy, and achieve outcomes that reflect our shared humanity. Every story contributes to a greater picture—and at Inclusive Lens Advantage, we make sure each one is given the focus it deserves.

To redefine how leaders and teams view conflict and communication—shifting from reaction to reflection, from assumption to understanding, and from silence to shared purpose. We envision workplaces and communities where inclusion is not a checkbox but a daily practice rooted in empathy, listening, and authentic storytelling.

By observing, listening, editing thoughtfully, and capturing every voice in context. This mindset teaches clients to see beyond assumptions, to adjust focus when perspectives shift, and to bring all angles into view before acting.
